Learning how to manage it effectively is difficult than it seems. It requires time, patience, and trial and error. If more help is needed, there are several books that teach a variety of stress management techniques, education is a proven system bringing people to higher levels.
3. Improving the quality of relationships will increase happiness. If some thought is given about all of current relationships, you will probably notice that some of them are not working out as good as would be desired. If a friend exists who loves to talk behind people's back feels compelled to say certain things, then that is what they do. Since a lot don't even realize how they are acting, it's up to you to set aside a specific time to discuss in a positive way why this is bothersome. Most of the time this works with both parties becoming better off. If no change is made, at least a solid effort was put forth to improve the outcome.
