Our physical fitness is a subject that is in our minds on a daily basis,whether is to better our health or how we look for a certain reason. Kettlebells are the hottest thing out there and some prefer it instead of  dumb bells. Reason being is that its a safe tool to use, as long as it used correctly, so if it's something new to you, highly advised that you find a trainer for a few sessions until you get used to it.

Start out with right sizes, what is recommended for an average size woman is an eighteen pound ball and for man about thirty five, but can be adjusted to what your feel comfortable with. As you move up and gain more strength and your joints are starting to feel better and more flexible, so should the pound size. Of course strength training and cardiovascular workouts should combine with it for an overall balanced work out.
